Proud RN Co — Return & Refund Policy

At Proud RN Co, each item is made with care and created especially for you. Because of this, we have the following return and refund guidelines.

Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Custom or personalized items

Please review size charts carefully before placing your order.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you may receive:

  • A replacement item
    OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please place a new order.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase.
After this period, your order may already be in production.

Shipping Issues

Proud RN Co is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost packages marked as delivered
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

However, we will always do our best to assist you.
